Step plate grating

Grating Step plate also called stair grating, stair steel, is mainly used for platform stair, and divided into two kinds: welding installation and bolts installation.

Welded stair grating, just welded the stair grating to the ladder beam, no need side plate, this is more economic, durable, but not easy for unfixing; bolt stair grating, it is need side plate when install, for the bolt hole is on the side plate, use bolts fix stair grating to the ladder beam, this can recycle used. This is according to clients’ demands.

Step plate types:

Welded step plate:ST1,ST3,ST5

Bolt step plate:ST2,ST4,ST6

Step plate width for usual is between 0.5m-1m

Step plate size mark :

ST4-—(RA325/30) : ST4—step plate type ,RA325/30--steel grating size

Step plate size tolerance:width:W±3mm,length: L-3mm

For lower cost, we suggest clients use module width, for example: series 1 use 125,155,185,215,245,275mm, series 2 use 125,165,205,245,275mm etc, and for length, it is multiple of 100mm, such as 500,600,700,800,900,1000,1200mm and so on.

Bolt center distance of (T2 and T4)(mm)

Front fender:Size 65mm*5mm, or as your requirements

Welded standard:Two side plates is single welded with each loading bar, welding line is not less than 3mm.

Step plate kinds:

Anti-slip step plate

1.Material: serrated flat bar, grade :Q235.the different between serrated flat bar and common flat bar is that serrated flat bar has rough teeth marks, and this is mainly used for anti-skipping.Twisted bar is made of  5*5, 6*6,8*8 square steel.

2.feature:

1).good anti-skipping, used in wet , slipping area, especially the sea oil platform

2).Hot-dipped galvanized,high anti-corrosion, 30years life time, can be used as channel cover with frame, anti-thief, safe and easy to open

3).High strength, and better than cast iron, can be used in wharf, airport and other long span and heavy loading environment.

4).Large hole for drainage, Water leakage area up to 83.3%, it is the best choice of forestair.

Stair step plate:

 Stair step plate is made of steel grating , and antislip strip and side plate.mainly used for steel  step plate, and called stair step plate for short.

 Specification: T325/30/100 (for width between 215mm and 305mm)

                          T255/30/100 ((for width between 215mm and 305mm)

Steel ladder step plate:

Also called stair step plate,  size divided into T1,T2,T3,T4.

1.for save cost, please use suggested width

2.Steel ladder step plate tolerance: width: W±3mm,length: L-3mm.

Also we can supply step plate with different anti-slip front strip, and size can be made as your demands.

2) According to anti-slip or not , divided into the one with or without front plate two kinds. For safe advice, the clients should use the one with front plate.
